Bailey Barton
M.S., BCBA, LBA (Clinic Director)
Bailey Barton has been in the field of ABA since 2016 and became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in 2021. In April of 2024, she moved to Arizona and became a Licensed Behavior Analyst. She has spent the past 9 years working with families and children between the ages of 1.5 and 8 years old in both school and clinical settings.
Her specialty is early intervention, helping young learners build foundational skills that support autonomy and independence in their future. Bailey loves working alongside families, teaching them the tools they need to support their children’s growth beyond the clinical setting.
As the clinic director of the Goodyear Arizona clinic, Bailey’s goal is to ensure that every individual who walks through the door feels welcome, safe, understood, and ready to learn and grow. Her favorite part of her role is celebrating victories, no matter how small, and she is known for being everyone’s biggest cheerleader.
As a clinic director, Bailey leads with a compassionate heart and a contagious passion for ABA, teaching others that no problem is too big and no victory is too small.
Jennifer Tovar
Client Relations Director
Jennifer Tovar is the Client Relations Director at Java Autism Services and often the first friendly face families connect with. She plays a vital role in building strong, trusting relationships—whether she’s welcoming new families, supporting ongoing needs, or helping new team members feel at home.
With over three years of experience, Jennifer brings not only a deep understanding of the intake and insurance process, but also a genuine passion for making every family feel seen, heard, and supported from the very beginning. Her relational approach ensures that no one navigates their journey alone—Jen walks alongside families every step of the way, offering guidance, encouragement, and compassion.
Her commitment to fostering connection helps create the warm, inclusive community that defines Java Autism Services. We’re incredibly grateful for the heart she pours into strengthening relationships and lifting up the families we serve.
